All Clients begin with a thorough assessment. The assessment will look at aspects of fitness such as strength, power, and body composition as well as other lifestyle factors, including nutrition and sleep. We will make sure that you have the opportunity to talk with your coaches and ask them questions to ensure you are comfortable when you return for future training sessions. With the information gathered from your assessment, we will design a program made just for you.
