Dancer Program

F.I.T. Dancer is a 12 week App-Based training program focused on optimizing dance performance by adding strength & conditioning to your repertoire.

What's Included? 

  • 12- week virtual training program
  • 2 programmed Strength & Conditioning workouts per week
  • Live Recharge sessions via Google Meets (will be recorded to do at your own time) 
  • Video Demonstration & Instruction for all exercises
  • Weekly feedback from Coach
  • Health & performance Resources​​

Other:

  • Easy to use app
  • Adjust training sessions around your schedule
  • Weekly habit building 
  • Community forum 

What equipment is needed? 

Essential:
  • Dumbbells - (ideally a set of 5lb & 15lb)
  • Mini Loop Resistance Bands
  • Long Theraband or Monsterband
  • Gliders (or a Towel) 
  • Foam Roller ​​
Optional:
  • Adjustable Dumbbells
  • Foam Pad

​Other:
  • Yoga Block (or access to a staircase or step) 
  • Floor Space approx. 6ft square & a wall ​
