This will help you build muscular strength and endurance, improve joint stability, and address muscular imbalances.

Ankle Strength & Stability |
This 8 week online program consist of three 15 minute sessions per week. The purpose of this program is to not only improve the strength and stability of your ankle joint but also improve your power capabilities. This will help you a become more resilient & robust athlete and dancer.

Happy Hips |
This program will teach you hip mobility exercises that you can incorporate into any workout or sports performance warm-up, or even after a long time of sitting at a desk. You will get 6 'sessions' with 3 exercises, which can be done in 5 minutes. These movements will improve your mobility and reduce hip irritation. As we like to say, 'Motion is Lotion!'
