Dance Conditioning Specialist and Co Founder
Originally from Houston, Courtney has been dancing all her life. She was trained in the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus through Advanced 2, under the direction of Catriona Steel. Courtney went to Point Park University and graduated Cum Lade with a B.F.A. in Dance. Some of her professional dance credits include working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Michael Susten Company, Moody Gardens, VIP Talent, CITGO, and Levi Jeans.
After Courtney's professional dance career, she ventured into the health and fitness industry. Her interest started in group fitness teaching barre, pilates, and HIIT classes which led her to earning her certification as a NASM personal trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC). Courtney is a dance strength and conditioning specialist. She has experience working with all levels and ages. Her purpose is to help others accomplish their personal performance goals. Courtney looks forward to sharing her passion for fitness and movement with the LPD family!

Trained in exercise physiology and sports nutrition, Dave has coached athletes of all ages and levels to optimal performance. Through his academic experiences, he has become a renowned researcher in dance science, with expertise in the dynamic relationship between training load, biomarkers, and nutrition. Dr. Sanders continues his work with dance and athletics at Loyola University Chicago. Also, he teaches courses at the graduate and undergraduate level as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Health Sciences.
